List of participants
I have taken note that all participants and speakers, the cooperation partner Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center GmbH as well as the Exclusive Partners of the event will receive a list of participants with the contact details of the participants and the associated company, including a list of partners and sponsors; beyond that, contact details are not published by the FIR.
Photo usage
I agree that photos of the event, on which I am photographed, may be published for print media, in online web presences of FIR, FIR Aachen GmbH as well as our cooperation partner Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center GmbH, on data carriers, on TV and for advertising purposes; it is hereby expressly pointed out that photographs will be taken at the event.
Copyrights and records
All conference documents are protected by copyright. Participants are granted only simple, non-transferable rights of use for personal purposes. Participants and third parties are not permitted under any circumstances to modify the conference documents in whole or in part, to edit them or to use them in modified form, to reproduce them for third parties, to make them accessible to the public or to release them, to post them on the Internet or any other network, whether for a fee or free of charge, to imitate them, to resell them or to use them commercially in any way. Copyright notices, trademarks or other marks may not be removed. With the registration the participant agrees to photos as well as video and audio recordings during the event.
Liability
FIR an der RWTH Aachen and FIR Aachen GmbH reserve the right to substitute speakers if circumstances require and to make necessary changes to the program, while preserving the overall character of the event. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the inability of a speaker to attend, problems at the venue or insufficient number of participants, the participants will be informed immediately. Cancellation due to insufficient number of participants will be made at the latest one week before the event.
Objection
You can object to the storage and use of your personal data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, please write an e-mail with your request to: datenschutz@fir.rwth-aachen.de and privacy@i40mc.de. An objection prior to the event may result in the organizer no longer being able to fulfill its contractual duties. Liability of the organizer or the assertion of claims for damages is excluded in this case.
Responsibilities
FIR at RWTH Aachen University and Industrie 4.0 Maturity Center GmbH (i4.0MC) are responsible for the content and organization of the event; the organizer is FIR Aachen GmbH.
